For calculation of the main characteristics of the structure, user has to enter
the following data: the radius R of the sphere, the rise of the cap H,
thickness of the shell h of the same units, and Poisson's ratio ν. The format of input data and restrictions will be validated.

The result is provided as Table of values of energy barrier En, maximum force Qmax, deflection for the interval of pressure q [0.1, 0.6]. Data are normalized according to General information. Deflection at the shell pole w is normalized with respect to shell thickness h. The graph of energy barrier depending on q is also depicted. Values of knockdown factor (KDF) for qL, qD and qDI with corresponding energy barrier are calculated as well. |
